Our main focus is toward the more discriminating buyer that may be

We try to build in superior locations that naturally attract home buyers
and give each home our personal attention throughout the construction

We began our mechanical business in May, 1977. Today we serve the
Portland, White House and Gallatin areas. We service all brands of
equipment including Tempstar, Trane, Bryant, Carrier, Rheem and York.
In 1983, we began building houses in the Portland area. To date, we
have built approximately 300 houses and commercial buildings. This
includes two subdivisions, a bank and attorney's office in Hendersonville, and
the Cottontown Post Office.

Go about 5 miles into Portland.
Cross TN 109 at the traffic light.
Cross the railroad bridge.
