Sumner County maintains online GIS (Geographic Information System) maps for the entire county. This includes Portland. You may access the maps here:

Based on what we have learned about the system, here are a few tips:

1. Don't try accessing the system over dial-up Internet. You need broadband.

2. Use Internet Explorer. It does "unusual" things in other browsers.
